Mindfulbody Pilates studio is small and modern style studio where you can also attend Yoga classes. We offer private Pilates instruction, Pilates semi-private, and group reformer classes. To ensure our clients get the most from our classes, we limit our equipment classes to 3 people and our mat classes to 6.  We are able to modify and adjust for each client’s needs. Private classes provide the best session, however if you would rather attend a group class, but don’t feel ready to attend we will happily work with you in a private class until you’re ready to join a small group class.
