Mindfulbody Pilates studio is small and modern style studio where you can also attend Yoga classes. We offer private Pilates instruction, Pilates semi-private, and group reformer classes. To ensure our clients get the most from our classes, we limit our equipment classes to 3 people and our mat classes to 6.  We are able to modify and adjust for each client’s needs. Private classes provide the best session, however if you would rather attend a group class, but don’t feel ready to attend we will happily work with you in a private class until you’re ready to join a small group class.

We are reopening the studio on 24th of August in Karulaugu Spots Center in Viimsi.

We will be sharing a space with Roll Spot Viimsi studio, which is located in Viimsi Äritare, room 210. At the moment we are offering Private sessions on wednesdays, friday mornings and saturdays. There are other times available on request.
