We offer a range of Pilates classes to suit everybodys needs.

You can read about each Pilaties style and see our class schedules below.

Introductory or Private Classes is compulsory if you are interested in apparatus group classes. You will learn the principles and techniques prior to entering a group class. Your instructor will recommend which level of class will be suitable for you. Eesti

Private sessions are the best way to achieve your goals and have your workout customised to suit your individual needs. Ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, or alleviate muscle imbalances and stress.

In these classes, you can take advantage of the different Pilates equipment such as Reformer, Tower, Chair, Arc and small props.

We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations or injuries and those who are interested in more personalised attention.

The focus is on two, bring your friend, partner or even a child(discuss with the instructor) to the class. Apparatus and mat work provide a challenging and enjoyable session.

Our small group Reformer & Tower sessions are designed according to the level of the class. The group size is max 3 people. The equipment will help you elongate and tone your whole body.

Mat classes are built upon traditional pilates principles and exercises to create the ultimate Pilates based workout to stretch, strengthen and stabilise. The workout challenges and targets the whole body through controlled movements focusing on core strength, posture and flexibility. We offer beginners and intermediate classes.

Yang to Yin classes are light and creative, but slow paced yoga classes. This class is a mix of standing and floor based poses. This class is a mix of smooth flow and moving the body in time with your breathe, and long held poses like in Yin Yoga.

This class focuses on strength and increasing flexibility, eases tension, stress, aches and pain, making you feel relaxed and happy.

Yin Yoga is slow-paced and calming style of yoga. There is a focus on floor-based postures that are held for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues(ligaments, tendons and fascia). It helps to improve flexibility and create the feeling of space and freedom in your body.

Yin Yoga is very good complementary practice to balance the effects of more active forms of exercise.

bodyART is based on the five elements of Chinese medicine and regards the person as a unity of body, mind and soul. The training focuses on the wholeness of body, mind and soul.

The training system uses movements and exercises from yoga, physiotherapy and strengthening exercises. It is suitable for everybody without complicated choreography. The instructor sets up the class depending on clients level of experience. BodyART improves the muscle tone and endurance, giving more vitality.
